Founded by Miami educator and fitness enthusiast Laura Cabrera, Arco Forte began as a vision to bring a modern, inclusive, community-driven Pilates studio to the heart of Kendall. After years of professional leadership in behavioral health and education, Laura built Arco Forte to merge mindful movement with community empowerment. Today, Arco Forte stands as a sanctuary where people come to grow stronger together physically, mentally, and emotionally.
