IS HOT MAT PILATES BEGINNER FRIENDLY?
Yes! We offer beginner-friendly classes and modifications in all sessions.
WHAT TEMPERATURE ARE CLASSES?
Hot mat classes use infrared heat set between 95-105°F.
HOW SOON SHOULD I ARRIVE?
15-minutes before class is perfect.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN MAT?
You can definitely bring your own or rent one of ours.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Breathable active wear you are comfortable sweating in.

We recommend booking through our app for the smoothest experience, best pricing, and full access to all classes. Classes may also be booked through our website or on ClassPass.
WHY INFRARED?

DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS?
Yes. Lockers are available for your convenience. While we take every precaution, the studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE A CLASS TO RESULTS?
Our thoughtfully designed class structure is built to deliver effective, visible results using proven training methods. Depending on your current fitness level, many clients begin noticing changes quickly. For best results, we recommend consistent attendance along with proper rest and hydration to support recovery.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Parking- Preferred parking is located on the second floor of the Birdside Plaza. Stairs on the second floor lead you directly to our studio located on the first floor.
