Terms of Service

Welcome to Arco Forte — your sanctuary for strength, movement, and community. By booking or attending any Arco Forte class, session, or event, you agree to the following terms designed to keep our space empowering, safe, and aligned with our values.


Who Can Join


Arco Forte welcomes:

  • Adults 18+

  • Teens 16–17 with written consent from a parent or guardian


For your health and safety, we always recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new fitness or heated-mat movement program.


Our Classes & Experiences


At Arco Forte, every offering is designed to help you find your strength— your power, your calm, your glow.

  • Hot Mat Pilates: A mat-based, dynamic flow in a gently heated room designed to build strength, endurance, and alignment.

  • Pilates-Inspired Conditioning & Specialty Flows: Additional formats may be offered seasonally.

  • Wellness Events: From sound healing to breathwork, community classes, and special collaborations, we regularly host elevated wellness experiences.


Please note:
Heated environments aren’t suitable for everyone. Always listen to your body and notify us if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, or have health conditions that may be affected by heat or vigorous movement.


Booking & Attendance


To protect the flow and safety of the class:

  • All classes must be booked through our website or scheduling platform.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early, especially if it’s your first visit.

  • Entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes late out of respect for the instructor and participants.

  • First-time clients arriving late may be asked to reschedule for safety reasons.

Cancellations & No-Shows


We get it — life happens. If you need to cancel:

  • Cancel at least 6 hours before class to keep your credit.

  • Late cancellations (within 6hours) and no-shows will result in a lost session and penalty fee.

  • A no-show fee may apply and may be charged within 24 hours.

  • If you’re on the waitlist and a spot opens, you’ll be notified via email or text. The same cancellation policy applies once you’re added into class.

Memberships & Class Packages


To keep things fair and consistent:

  • All sales are final — memberships and class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Monthly memberships renew automatically.

  • To pause due to injury, travel, or other circumstances, please reach out — we’re happy to help.

  •  Intro offers are for new clients only.

  • Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing  30 days before the next billing date.

  • Class packages come with expiration dates and cannot be extended.

Studio Etiquette & Expectations


Arco Forte is built on community, kindness, and elevated energy. To keep our space aligned:

  • Wear comfortable workout clothing.

  • For Hot Mat classes, please bring your mat; rentals are available for a small fee.

  • Please clean your equipment and mats after class.

  • Towels will be provided upon arrival.

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior is not permitted.

  • Arco Forte reserves the right to deny entry or revoke membership for violations of community standards.​

 

Your Health & Safety

 

  • Inform your instructor if you’re injured, postpartum, pregnant, or managing any condition that may impact participation.

  • If you are pregnant or sensitive to heat, Hot Mat formats are not recommended.

  • All participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Waiver & Liability


By attending a Arco Forte class, session, or event, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree to release Forza House LLC - DBA Arco Forte , its instructors, team members, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damages incurred while participating.


Personal Belongings


We provide storage areas for your items during class, but we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.
When possible, please leave valuables at home.


Our Promise


We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to better serve you. The most current version will always be posted on our website.


Intellectual Property


All Arco Forte branding, logos, class descriptions, event concepts, images, digital content, and website material are the property of Forza House LLC- DBA Arco Forte  and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.
